Monstera Plant with Black Spots

I bought a monstera plant less than two weeks ago and I noticed its starting to get these black spots. Does anyone know what is going on and how I can stop it? I have grow lights and it gets a small amount of natural sunlight, it was very wet when I got it so I haven’t watered it in the week and a half I’ve had it.
