Pieridae family, one of the Sulfur butterflies, could be the Orange Sulphur. You might get correction/confirmation here from others, else posting on the Butterfly forum and on the Name that Plant forum for the flower might get more specifics.

Likely an Orange Sulfur (Colias eurytheme) but can sometimes be confused with the Clouded Sulfur, C.philodice.
