The neighbors put up a 10 ft tall, white vinyl privacy fence. It runs North and South and the side that we see is West facing.

what perennial plants would you suggest to make it less of an eyesore? my concern is primarily summer. not worried about what the other side of the lawn looks like when its cold and dreary!
