I'd paint it all white. It will look more cohesive and modern.

I might assess the age of the fridge and dishwasher. A newer set might help the utility bills with efficiency. they look to be older. A black set would work and not as pricey as stainless. Paint and color? Just clean the cabinets, make sure they open/close easily, are intact, and have some organizers inside. I'd put new hardware on..something less plain. Can you swap the ceiling fixture for a trac fixture with adjustable angled bulbs? ...Is there a microwave in that open cabinet above dishwasher? or meant to be?

What material are the cabinets? What shape are they in?What material are the boxes? Right now it's white doors/fronts and brown boxes.

My first thought was to paint the paneling, but the pictures are so blurry to assess what the paneling actually looks like. Is it your cheap fake panels or wood?

Also, are you planning to rent it or are you going to live in it yourself? If renting, what's the rental market like?

Agree with herbflavor. Tenants want working appliances. Do those appliances work? Do they work well or are they on their last legs? Cosmetics are easy if you have good working appliances in place already. There are very reasonable appliance packages available. You get better tenants with better appliances. Don't go high end at all.
