the color of the shutters and trim, that nude/putty shade, is horrible. sorry. but it just detracts from what could be a cute house. you have some nice bronze windows, pick a color that ties it and the brick together.

I'd go dark. Like Urbane Bronze, Iron Ore or even black. Do one set of shutters and see how much better it looks.

I'd prob paint the garage door too. you have nothing that's white and it sticks out like a sore thumb. even your neighbors brown door color would go better. you could do a shade lighter than whatever you pick for the trim and do the lights like they have here

For some interest, I'd look into some cedar or redwood siding just in the front entry way. something like this, but just to the left of your door where you have that vertical siding.

Love love love!!! I really love the more modern look, darker color suggestions and the Cedar planking!

amanda, I think it will look great, especially if you bring in a little more modern type of landscaping.
