Planted one 4 years ago and it is over 6 ft with at least 18 in leaves

Wow! So water and stand back? lol

It is in a spot that get about a half days sun and gets a lot of water when it rains...rain water runs right into it's path. The soil around it was good because of years and years of falling leaves in that area...didn't need to add anything. I'm hoping it won't get any bigger but it certainly could have more years to grow.

I'm having trouble loading more than 2 pictures at a time today. I can load more than that in comments, though. Weird. Here are a few more newly planted hostas.

They look great planted! TLC apparent...I really like Blue Ripples.

S&S is slow to multiply...but it makes up for it with its gigantic leaves! Growth rate [pip count] in my garden (interrupted by a few relocations) is as follows from 2013-2018:. 9/11/11/15/19/22.
