New homeowner here with a question about my outdoor plumbing. I've attached a picture...

If I shutoff the main water valve to the house (circled in red), will my drip irrigation system still run? Can anyone provide and advice based on the picture? I was going to test it, but wasn't sure if I would damage the valves if I ran our drip irrigation system without any water going through it. Any help is much appreciated!
