Beautiful plants. Are these grafted, and named, plants? If grown from selected seed, by either you, or, Mr. Ko....you certainly hit the jackpot! Brava!

Thank you everyone for your kind comments.. All the flowers came from seeds I sowed last August through November.. No grafted or named varieties here... The first flower is Mr. Ko's Ebay 65 and is the closest to his web listing pics.. All the others are complete surprises.. I live on the Hawaiian island of Maui which usually has perfect Adenium Rose growing conditions.. However we are currently closely watching the projected path of Hurricane Hector, scheduled to arrive close to us on Wednesday.. Don't need the wind or destruction - just the rain dump to ease the current dryness.. I am posting the progress pics of my Ebay 65 as the flower matured.

Frank, I was raised in the frozen North of Canada, so yes I do appreciate a challenging growing climate.. Luckily for me, Dear Hubby (from the U.K.), was willing to throw caution to the wind and retire in a gentler climate.. Yes, we both have dual citizenship, allowing us to be in Paradise year round.. I am including more pics for your enjoyment.. The first one is Ko - Ebay 55.. Supposed to be a solid yellow but naturally it begs to be different with its white petals with pink edges.. Pic # 2 is Ko - Ebay 49.. Supposed to be purple with dark purple edges.. Instead it is red with purple.. Pic # 3 is of two Ebay 49 ( both very similar but one has has more defined purple than the other.. Pic # 4 shows five plants - all Ko - Ebay 49 with different looks. Lighting was poor this morning so I'll attempt a better pic to tomorrow.

Horrie, I am going to take a wild guess that about 80 percent of the seeds from Mr. Ko germinated. I did find that a couple of types were very bad at germination and a couple were outstanding. A bad batch and a very fresh batch, maybe. Overall, the germination and growth have been quite acceptable to me. I already have at least 180 plants with my own seed pod adding to the joy of my collection. I also have a new collection of Mr. Ko's seeds to germinate shortly. Keeping my fingers crossed for them too.
