All three are from the same breeder in the Netherlands. Actic Sun is dwarf with yellow orange stems and peach colored leaves in the fall. It also has the best disease resistance. Midwinter Fire is a full sized, large plant with red and yellow stems. Annie's orange has orange stems.

I actually highly recommend the Red-Osier Dogwood instead. It is native in your area, the others are Asian varieties. I live in Northern Ohio, and I have one. The stems really pop in the winter. They do get brighter red in the fall before the growing season ends. I absolutely LOVE my Red-Osier. It was my first shrub when I decided to take out all the plantings on my property and plant a 100% native garden. It took me 4 years, but it was worth it!
