Start by getting some LED lighting that does not heat up the space everytime the lights are on . Since it is an attic bathroom makes sure you have a good exhaust fan that is actually vented to the outside.Not sure what you want tochange but in such a small space all that dark wood is gobbling up light so I would paint it .A couple of towel hooks instead of all the towel bars would be good. How many people use this space? Decluttering the vanity space would be good. I can’t quite figure out the layout where the louvered doors are.

I have to replace the flooring since it was damaged. The louvered doors are on one side of the bathroom & cover a closet. On the opposite wall is where the toilet is. I have to repaint the walls and find a new flooring covering.

Since it is in an attic, have you considered vinyl sheet flooring? There are some good ones out there these days. It certainly will stand up to heat and humidity and there are no grout lines to consider.

Where do people go to find modern day vinyl? I'm sure I'd pick a pattern that is old fashion and not the best design choice.

Home Depot and Lowes carries it. Some other flooring companies may too. Perhaps a place like Lumber Liquidaters.

There are vinyls called Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) that come in many price ranges and you can find the more expensive ones in any flooring store. They come in sheet too. I put a heavy vinyl sheet flooring in a bathroom where a dog would pee at times, it was as bulletproof as anything. No seams, either. I got it in a flooring store. It was the same quality stuff they used in hospitals.
