So I found a quartz countertop I liked at a big box store, but they are going to take 2 months to install. It would be $63 a sq ft to install.
We have checked several local countertop places and they charge you for the slab plus around $60 a square foot extra to install!! Is this normal? Our quotes are coming back double what the big box stores can do it for, even for the cheapest quartz.
We’re in the South Houston area so I don’t know if this is price gouging from Harvey or just normal prices.
