Get a GE. My heavens!! Virtually worry free.

You might want to look at Consumer Reports ratings of gas ranges: $7.95 for a month or $35 for a year (digital).

GE - they have options at all price points.

Not a fan of the look of ge.Also I have a get washer and dryer that needs to be repaired that is under warrenty and can't find anyone who will repair it in

I’m a Maytag fan. I’ve had success with GE as well but I like the look of Maytag better and I haven’t had issues with them.

I would check to make sure you can get service. People are reporting that Bloomberg has only 1 parts distributor in the US and wait times for parts exceed 6 weeks.

I think you would be going from the frying pan to the fire. You’ve already tried one limited distribution model new to North America, had problems, and are looking to repeat that experience? I hope you are luckier with your next selection, but I would not take that bet myself.

I would choose tried and true. If you want upper end, Wolf, GE Monogram, or Bluestar. Assuming that your existing ventilation system and MUA were properly configured to work with the NXR. If not, you may need to address those as well.

If you truly have a constrained budget, look at closeouts of more mainstream brands with the features you desire. I purchased high end brands from an outlet and am thrilled. The units all came with a 1 year warranty, except cosmetic (so carefully inspect) and I got a Bosch 800 laundry pair new for $800. It’s not their latest model, but it cleans beautifully and no one will notice.

I have a Bertazzoni that has that nice clean look and mine is 11 yrs old not one issue and I live in a small town so checked before ordering to make sure the appliance repair place here could get parts if needed and no problem

The Blomberg comes with a 5 year warrenty bummer to bumper for $100.They service there own product with the local appliance store we go to and have been selling them for 5 years with no problem. The Bertazzoni has a much smaller interior and that is why we have shyed away from them.We are looking for a prostyle stove.Thank you for all the comments. Please keep them

FYI I run a catering biz from my home and have never needed a larger interior

You do realize that 1 cubic foot, over the width and height of the range is about 2 inches extra space, right? Have you seen the Blomberg in person or are you just comparing the numbers from an online source?

I have the 30” Bertazzoni double wall oven. 3 half sheets fit just fine. As long as your pans fit, you’ll be fine.

Blomberg is a sub of Arcelik part of Koc Holdings a family owned conglomerate in Turkey. 200 something on the Global Fortune 500. Yale Appliance recommends a dishwasher, laundry units and their refrigerators. They make frigs for Miele, Gagganau and Thermador.

I realize this thread is a few years old! We are looking to replace our gas range and are looking at the low end a Frigidaire gallery), a Bosch or Bloomberg at the midrange, and a Bertazzoni on the high end (these price ranges are in our budget). Did anyone get the Bloomberg?

It's Blomberg, not Bloomberg. We are looking at the dual fuel and also wondering if anyone has an experience with these. Reviews are scarce and all over the map.
