Good for you! Is that the only citrus tree you have? How long have you owned it? Why did you say "finally"? Was it not growing for a while?

No, I have a larger meyer, a owari satsuma, a kishu mandarin, a fukushu kumquat, a citrangequat (one in ground and 1 high cutting), and growing one poncirus in a pot. I made this cutting about 18 months ago from a young 1 year old meyer that I let bloom and bear too young, and all it did was refuse to grow and bloom bloom bloom, I got sick of looking at it slowly degrade and threw it out. So this cutting has been either under lights or in the yard for nearly a year and just sat there like a tick........Finally about 6 weeks ago a heat wave woke it up.....patience is a virtue if your not in a hurry....

So now you have a rooted cutting... good for you; you will have to wait for the roots to grow before the top will grow. Keep it in a container as Meyer roots are not strong/reliable for in ground planting, but okay for containers.
