Delivery process?

I ordered this piece on 7/20 and not received ANY updates on the status. When will it be shipping? its supposed to be delivered by 8/15 (which is in 2 days) and I have no information from the in-home delivery service or from Houzz on shipping updates. Tried repeatedly to get answers through some internal department at Houzz and its been the WORST customer service I've received anywhere. Will never order through this site again and would caution anyone who wants to purchase this piece to rethink their decision as it may never arrive!!!
