Anybody?

It's a Scindapsus. Reported by most to be a much slower grower than a Pothos. I have also found the roots on cuttings to be very slow to form.

Seriously?? When I got it at Lowe's it was labeled a Silver Pothos :( But it still doesn't explain its sickly appearance, even Scindapsus on Google images looks so much better than this

That is its' nickname / common name, or one of them at least.

The soil looks very dense. Does the pot have a drain hole?

I have a couple that are doing well, they do grow quite slowly though and i tend to let it dry quite a bit between watering. I would say let it dry a bit more and, as Tiffany mentioned, make sure that the soil is well drained.

I believe that it is a philodendron brandtianum, a beautiful vining philodendron that needs something to climb for support to make larger leaves. I’m guessing that since the plant has nothing to climb, the leaves are staying small in their juvenile form.

Thanks for all the comments! To answer you question, yes the pot has a drainage hole and river rocks at the base. The soil is mostly from the original pot they had it in. Maybe I will try adding a support for it to climb :)

Hmm... EA/CF does have 'Brandi' in their lineup. But I don't think they would put the "silver Pothos" label on one of those.

I'm not sure how to differentiate it from the similar looking Scindapsus.

I bought a similar plant at Lowes a few months ago also labeled silver pothos. I assumed it was really philo brandtianum but whatever it is I love it haha. philo Brandi (?) has fairly thin and smooth leaves and scindapsus leaves are thicker and velvety soft.
I would suggest to Tiffany Taylor to try moving it to brighter light as well as adjust watering. Mine is off to the side of a south window with sheers so it gets pretty bright indirect light most of the day.

I have seen numerous (like really a lot) of EA plants as mislabeled.
