My first cat around 20 years ago. I bought it from a man with a large collection. He sold plants if he had more than one. When I saw this one I wanted to buy it but it was his only one. I offered him the price of a division, and I take the whole plant and return it when the bloom was done. He accepted. Also I offered to help him divide the plant. It was more like he taught me how to divide and gave me 2 potted divisions. Since, this plant reliably blooms every summer. And it likes to grow big.

In the 20 years of faithful summer blooms last Thursday I finally got to bring this plant to our show and tell table at our meeting. In the past we have always had July and August off. Not any more. Thanks for the nice comments.
