I'm buying Omega cabinetry because my vanity goes against a wall. I also need to work around plumbing that we're capping off so I need specific cabinet widths and drawer/door configurations. I was going to add feet in front of the toe kick to make it furniture-like, but you really wouldn't see them in our 5' wide bathroom since you never have a straight-on view. I'm getting a pretty door style to dress it up. We do have to go through a stoneyard to get a reasonable price on a counter though. We found a granite remnant. Quartz was a few hundred dollars more but I haven't seen a color I like as much as the granite.

Most of those ready-made vanities with counters included have inadequate drawer storage.
