Do you have a question?

Just looking for ideas on how to design it.

Does this bedroom abut any plumbing?

need floorplan of space in question as well as adjacent spaces. how easy or hard this will be to do will depend on the availability of plumbing, the layout of the other spaces, etc. anything can be done, but most people have pain points relative to price...

I will approach this from a "Value Engineering" perspective. When designing a project like this, you first list your needs and wants. This will dictate spacial sizes needed. Then (as acm said above) analyze mechanical, plumbing and electrical code and requirements. Finally, you must also evaluate the potential framing and structural difficulties. Example, any structural walls, beams or headers needed for new doors or openings may be costly. in conclusion you must find a balance between what is desired and what is existing. This will ensure the most economical and reasonable approach to your project, unless money is no option. In which case hire me....lol. Happy building.
