Looks good. Leaves look healthy as do the roots.

If she's growing outside, leave it out and the cool down in Fall should initiate spikes. I like to repot in Spring. This late in the season might set it back a bit, but the plant won't suffer if you miss this blooming season.

Yeah, I took over care of this plant about half a year ago...but lagged on a proper repotting until now. I wish there were a good outdoor spot for it, but at least the windows are great. There's just too much intense sun here...those leaves would be blasted in an hour or two.

Just as long as it's shaded from any direct sunlight, it will do just fine outside. Although, it would need to get watered more often. It doesn't mater how intense the indirect sunlight is, just as long as it's not direct sun. You'd be surprised at how well they'd respond to it. I even have miniature phals that get just as much indirect sunlight as the normal ones, and they grow like weeds. I have to water them almost daily in this scorching hot summer weather down here in the South, but that never takes very long; just a quick blast from the garden hose.

I'll see if I can find an appropriate outdoor location. I'm worried that the good spots will be out of sight, and thus easy to forget to water. This is the time of year when I go from working at the Farm, back to teaching, so I'm not around as often to keep an eye on things....and there are some workers who really have no concept of perennial care, being used to just ripping out flowers and planting more throughout the season.
