Looking on help me find it appears that that is actually the full name of the Rose, Michael Halverson. The breeder's name is actually Neil. I'm trying to copy the link but perhaps you can just go to help me find yourself and type in Michael and you will find the entry there. Sorry I'm not able to link at the moment. There aren't any entries for places to buy it or any information about it at all but I thought you might be able to contact the breeder via help me find. Let us know if that successful. If not we can go from there. I'm sorry for your friend's loss. You are very good friend to help her try and find this Rose. There are other roses named Michael if there wasn't something particular about this rose that you wanted.

If you want the Williams rose Michael, then Roses Unlimited sells it and they're having sales now. I don't know if this one is still currently available but they sell it every year. Sympathies to the couple that lost their son.
