My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hey there! This vanity does come with a top as shown. It is made of solid wood which is kiln dried pine. Let me know if you have other questions!

    This product is the cheapest quality wood I have ever seen. There is no seal on it although the seller claims it to be a "bathroom vanity". DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.
