Old ceiling wood. Treated or not?

Pulled some old ceiling wood from an old house and want to use them as a veggie garden. I'm wondering if these are treated wood and are safe to use. House was definitely before 2000 so they might use CCA. Did they use treated wood indoors? This is California bay area.

I've attached the only mark I can find on the wood so far. The wood doesn't look greenish to me but I'm not experienced. I understand that "MC 15" might mean moisture content 15%, but I don't understand others.
