Hi Everyone!!!

Hank!! It’s just beautiful how you have them setting on the deck!! You did a great job hauling “Al” up to the top deck from the driveway!! I hope I didn’t scare you to much about leaving him in the front yard, but it’s getting so that they are becaoming popular and people have been ‘ helping themselves ‘ to others property if left alone .. I know you would be devastated to lose your first and most favorite tree!!

K is right .. It always more fun to have a story behind your tree even if it just a “ NOID”. As long as you love them and enjoy them, that is what it’s all about!!

Jamie is doing a great job sitting and guarding your new beauties!! I know you will love your new Gina ( since it has an inflo) you should have some colors on the deck before Fall arrives. (Guessing another two weeks on your inflo) .

ETLD ( Lemon Drop) from the hybridizer Elizabeth Thornton, will grow nicely as well. That one came from my mother tree and I know you will love the beauty along with her fragrance!!

The other seedling is from seeds that I hand pollinated on one of my trees. The name of the mother tree is one the tag, but it can’t be called by the same name. It looks like it will be a nice one with its dark stem and deep colored veining on the leaves !! You can name this one just as you named your other one since it’s a seedling and it will be your choice!!

it certainly was my pleasure meeting you and C and I look forward to seeing you again this week to place Gina in a larger container. We can up pot her and not disturb the root system since it will be the same soil that I will bring and she will continue to push that inflo!

Next spring will be the time to repot Al!! He is secure now and can handle the wind along with the weight of the leaves. Now that he has been fixed.

You have done a great job with him and I’m so proud of listening to the story of where you acquired your Al from!

You and your plumerias are in good hands with Laura nearby. Al looks like a Nebel's Rainbow (aka Lei Rainbow). You're doing a good job with it. Mine had issues. LOL!

Gotta say I love the water view from the deck.

What a fun story, Hank! You can see how one Al can quickly turn into 60 or 70 Als :) How wonderful that you have Laura and Peg nearby, too!
