paint room all 1 color

Agree -- all one color is best for a room. Feature walls are ok if highlighting some incredible architectural feature, but in most homes, it just looks to me like you ran out of one paint color and picked up with another.

Honestly, yes - I think the room will be much too dark. This is Evening Dove, which does have a decidedly blue tinge (for anyone wondering what it looks like):

You might think about soft light greens or blue-greens with ED also, white or cream as bedding. And art on the walls!! I used that combo when I painted a dark blue windowless room and it was beautiful.

Pink accents would be so glamorous in here..I'm with Ida. I think it will work.

Dark rooms do take getting used to, so be prepared for that. But since it's a bedroom, you'll sleep better.

I would do something brighter than copper..
