I love those origami pendants! I think although they aren’t the same style as the wall lights , they won’t really clash. Try it and if it doesn’t work you can change the wall lights.

I hope you're also considering table lamps, which cast a much warmer, gentler glow than anything that beams down from above. For reading, chatting and watching TV nothing can beat table lamps or floor lamps, which put the light at people level.
