Bath tub window dilemma

I am installing a new bathroom and will be using the Kohler Greek tub under a window. The tub is a drop in and with the deck will be about 42" across. What kind of window treatments can I use that will not require me to step into the tub to open or close them. I would like to find something less expensive than motorized shades. All ideas appreciated, with thanks--K

You could just frost the lower half of the window. Otherwise, most treatments require at least a lean...

Thanks, arm. I want to be able to see out of the window when relaxing in the tub.

You might be able to reach the cords to control vertical vinyl blinds from the end of your tub and you can adjust them to tilt left or right or pull aside to totally open the blinds.

You might consider some window tint similar to that used in cars for your bath window. Easy for you to see out but more difficult for others to see in.

How about none? I had the clear glass panes in our bathroom window changed out to "acid rinsed" panes or something like that. Distorted panes that provide privacy and filters the sunlight as mine is a south-facing window. You only need to replace the panes, not the entire window so it keeps costs down. Good luck!

None. Put an orchid or two in the window.

or do you need privacy if so maybe yardvaarks trellis work.
