I've got three of these that are growing in shady, dry-mesic conditions. They were small when I planted them in 2012 and they're still small. They're doing okay, but they need more sun. If anyone has some experience with this plant I'd be interested to know your thoughts on how to grow it.
They can get 15'-20' tall, but I've got a hunch that won't happen here. Two of them are seedlings and one is 'Seneca'. I'd like to plant them in a grouping, but before I dig them I want to find a site where they might prosper. Anyone have success with this plant?
