Well you could try it and see if it works. At worst deleting cookies, you will just have to sign in to your favorite websites instead of auto going there. Sometimes it IS what you have on your computer. They set up their parameters and there are many, many computer figurations available and what they set up might not work with yours. Like your browser, like your security limitations, etc. Everyone doesn't have your problem (but many do). So it is with YOUR set up. You won't ruin your life if you try.

While it won't hurt anything to do what they suggestion, this is a total "stock" IT support response. I'm surprised they didn't tell you to "reboot". (I've been in IT support for over 20 years). But generally you do just have to get past what they consider step 1 before they can help you further.

Do you have more than one browser on your PC? The suggestion they give is only going to apply to one browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox) and will not have any effect on any other browser. So if clearing doesn't fix the issue, you could always try another browser.

Do you get any error when you try to post a pic and where are the pictures you are trying to post located? They must be locally stored on your PC or uploaded to Houzz in one of your Idea Books.

I get no error it reverts back to the question with no picture! The pictures are on my computer. I was going to try the Idea Books next since I just tried it again and it did not load. I am trying to identify why my hosta looks like it was run over by a truck!! I hope it is not dead.....

Okay I just uploaded three pictures to Idea Book. Now I am going to go back to my discussion and hopefully add three pictures!!

WOW was that easy - I am going to put any picture I want to upload in there!! I am glad that is over - I don't care that I can't post a picture from my computer!!
