Graft after a week

Mandarin to trifoliate, I pulled the bag off and decided to leave it under a canopy outside, scion leaves are drying up and haven't fallen yet, but buds still look good and fat, hopeful

Looks green, leaving the leaves on leads to more water loss in the scion. I hope it pulls through for you!

Seems a bit early to remove the bag. Normally, leaves are removed and scion is wrapped to hold in moisture. Then wait 2 to 3 weeks before unwrapping, depending on weather.

I leave the leaves on, with good success. I have noticed if the leaves start drying up the graft usually fails though.

Don't know, I pulled the leaves off the scion, buds have life still and put it back in the bag in the shade. I can't be around and the rain we were supposed to have turned into heat wave
