I forgot to mention that the wall color is Warm Oatmeal by Valspar!

Personally I like a more substantial curtain in a living area. If you don't want the panels to touch the floor because of the baseboard then you need to go with a different style window treatment, otherwise the panels should just touch the floor. You also need a more substantial looking rod. I think a stripe would look nice.

I like the rug you have in that room. It adds some interest and color to the space. I would recommend doing a light blue color with a small subtle pattern. When we design a space we like to balance the room with some solids, small patterns and bold patterns. You have the sofas as your solids so I would like to see you try a small pattern with a color on the curtains to make the rug seem like it is part of the collection.

I love the grey/blue tones. I'm definitely looking to break up the beige! Thank you all so much for your insight. I can't wait to finally put the finishing touches on this room!

I found it at Ross, and it was $99! All of the rugs I've purchased from Ross have held up ridiculously well for the cost!
