I purchased the house with the entrance that leads up to the upstairs hall like this (See photos). The bamboo wallpaper is hitching and I don't like the look. Any design ideas? I kind of like moulding in white or a dark wood colour, I am also open to wall paper, paint, or a mix. I want it to look good! Any ideas would be much apprecaited!

I am also thinking that the upstairs hall could have a differnet look so I could transition the look somehow at the landing. Not necessary though, currently the upstairs has the same fabulous wallpaper.
