aerobic septic system drip irrigation

I have a aerobic septic system drip irrigation (1500 gal septic tank + 600 gal aerobic tank + 1000 gal pump tank + purple emitter lines) with only 1 little spin filter.

I recently noticed that the top scum layer had disappear in my septic and it just looked like black water and also the return line into my septic tank when the pump is running is at only 3rd the flow, I had all 3 tanked pumped out and the pump box was filled with scum so I'm worried the scum or something worst has clogged the line since I don't have a filter on it (older system) and also the baffle was missing on the out side it just had a tee.

I recently started making wine and have been pouring yeast and stabilizer cleaner down the drain could this had screwed up the system? And how would I figure out if the pump is not working at 100% or if I might have something clogged in the line slowing the flow but I figure if that was the case I would have a blow out somewhere or maybe I need to get fresh water in the pump tank and see if the back pressure has increased coming out of the pump?

The "Who's On First"discription lost me but here's a few thoughts. If the 1500 tank is supposed to operate as conventional anaerobic digester,liquid that has been oxygenated should never be returned to it. The 1000 tank should be a quite tank where no agitation take's place and solids should fall to bottom where they remain until digested or removed by routine pump out. There shouldn't be any soilids or scum coming in contact with pump(they should have been digested and/or settled out before reaching pump. Is it possible the aerator is failing?

When I turn the pump on water comes into the septic tank (1500) which I believe is called a return line, why I don't know? but 2 months ago it was coming in fast and now its flow has decreased, why I don't know?

The pump tank (1000) squirts out a stream of water somewhat like a pressure release valve?

The aerator is working good and there was no scum in that tank it was pretty clean. but the pump tank had scum all the way up to the pump head so I was thinking the yeast had made its way into the pump tank and was breaking it down. I only turn my pump on about every 4 day when it gets high since my control panel is screwed up again so the inactive system could be where I went wrong? I'm going to fix the control panel and get the system back up and working, the crew that pumped the tank out said when I get some new water in the system it should start working again, I just would like to know if the pump is working okay or if I might need a new one since the tank is empty now, I also think there could be something stuck in the line as well since the outlet baffle was not on the tee to the septic tank and we found hand wipe from the last tenants when we pumped the tank.
