I hate those pests here in FL.

Tons in California. I've occasionally seen them hit other plants besides citrus

Whenever you get a new citrus plant it can carry this pest and then infect other citrus plants nearby. And that includes northern growers of potted citrus that are brought inside over winter or kept in a heated greenhouse.

You would think any nursery that ships nationwide would not have this pest because they are suppose to be protected from HLB. If they can get CLM, then they can get HLB too.

I paged thorough a lot of information and the best I could find is that the ACP Is 3 time longer the clm moth. This would allow a screen that lets CLM through keep out ACP.

I have a bad case of CLM here in GA (near Atlanta). They seem to attack other soft leaf plants too, mostly vines. They hit me towards the end of August this year. I may either bring my trees inside my screened in porch or use imidacloprid next year.

I have CLM in SW Louisiana, though I also have trees that are 20+ years old, which were planted well before the ACP/HLB issue came about.

I have seen leaf miners in a garden bed around a building here. They were mostly attacking chrysanthemum's leaves.
