Save pennies until you can take tile off and replace with something. I noticed that you have tile around the cabinet doors too. So wait until you can do the whole job. If it was me i would paint cabinet drs to match tile so they dont stand out and highlight the tile.

Show images of kitchen in entire scope.looks like shorter height wall cabs. Depending on layout and overall aspects might be better to wait to fully remodel.shorter cabs can be stacked on walls,but more likely go to laundry room or basement. The tile counter and backsplash can be left .....it is not offensive And the hood has some detail which I would leave till a better scope of project is determined

I'd save up the money....and do a total remodel.
