The heads open when the sun hits them, if yours are shaded by the wall all day maybe that is actually enough to prevent them from opening. Also the bottom plant is clearly wilted, the top one flagging a little as well.

Thank you for your input. I know when they open or not. They get enough sun. Now...they are getting enough sun exposure and I just can't figure out why they wilted. Over irrigation? not enough irrigation? are you able to tell by the looks of it?

The symptoms of both are the same. In the latter, lack of water causes wilting. In the former, roots rot making it impossible for the plant to take up any water -- plant dies of thirst in a sea of plenty. Only way to tell would be to unpot and check the roots. The media may be the issue.

I see. That is my problem. I think I'm not over irrigating since I'm even using a humidity probe...

I potted these in a universal soil, in drained pots and I'm irrigation like 2 to 3 times a week...

I can't tell what is happening and maybe this is just adaptation...
