Saw this on my walk this morning and I love it's big white plumes and smaller size pictures are added in comments...stupid houzz won't let me add them here. Added other pictures so you can see it with the mailbox and purple fountain grass for size comparison.

    Do the blades have sawtoothed needles on them? Pampas grass will cut you when weeding. I also think that the seedbeds look like a pampas grass. BUT it is tiny for even the dwarf pampers. I don't like pampers grass so I am not up on if someone has midgetized pampas into such a diminutive size.
