Tiny jumping bug in my greenhouse

In the past week I have spotted a tiny- several mm - jumping bug on my zucchini and cukes. When the plant is disturbed, the air fills with small dots. It is light green and somewhat cigar shaped. It is found on the undersides of the leaves. I spayed with neem oil and it seems to knock down the population. I would love an ID. I am wondering if it is thrips? The first 2 photos are of the bug and the third of the exoskeleton that I find on the same leaves. Perhaps of the same bug?? I used a magnifying glass to try to get the photo a little bigger, but still very tiny. Thanks for any help.
