Well, I ran/walked to work this afternoon. It was a nice warm day but got to work and I got a lot of funny looks. I get REALLY red in the face for hours after I do cardio.

Yes, your ambulance is Alberta Health Services - North Central division. They have a deployment station out if Stony but they flex to Devon as a base. I did my EMT practicum out there many many moons ago.

Speaking of Stony. Have you been to Freson Bros. Fresh Market. I know it's a bit of a stretch for you but they have great stuff. We love smoked fish, jerky, etc. and they have an in-store smoker. They also have a huge take out selection that puts the competitors to shame. Just thought I'd mention it, if your ever in the area it's worth a stop.

I could never get anyone to take my boys out... The big boy would take them for a walk, and the little boy would just have to be pulled... LoL... he doesn't like leashes too well... Does OK with me, but anyone else? Not so well..

Hey Robin -- what happened on 215th Street tonight.... police car blocking 215th at Garden Valley Road and tons of emergency lights...

I just should NOT drive at night without my glasses. Wow. Scary. All the oncoming traffic looks like they have their bright lights on when they don't. Mental note to pack my glasses if I think I'm going to be driving home in the dark.

The acquaintance who drove them yesterday, is also coming down to visit a relative Wednesday, so I’m planning to drive there to drop it off. I’d rather do that than have to buy a box & pack it, and bother with all the USPS paperwork to mail it back insured.
