Why not wait until spring and buy it then? This begonia is for sale in my area at pretty much any place that sells plants - very popular and rightly so!!

Geographically, where are you located?

I’m in CT. I could wait until spring but I’m having withdrawal symptoms.

It was the redder color that drew me. The other seem more orange. I’ll keep an eye out at local nurseries.

I'm rushing out the door at the moment but I'll try to take a photo of mine later. I can't say I've noticed any decline in popularity here. Very common at most retail plant outlets here in spring but most have now phased out all summer type annuals at this late date.

The color blooms go from white to red these days but the forms are certainly different than boliviensis and Bonfire (both orange).

Maybe the PNW and cooler zones still carry it in abundant numbers. Certainly has fallen off here in the Atlanta area. It was the fad at the time.

Some hybrids I have bought over the years: Always good as an annual.
