Condition:

1) The plant is near a north-east facing window.

2) I water throughly once a week.

However the new leave seems to be very yellow on the edge (rather than white edge for the old leaves) and old leaves seem to be crispy and suffer from dryness.

Could some one advice? Really appreciate it.
