I’m not 100% on this but if you sow Major Wheeler seed you may well get offspring rather more akin to the wild parent, Lonicera sempervirens. To be certain of identical babies you’d need to take cuttings.

For hardy woodies just sow when ripe, ie red, squashy and about to fall off, and leave outdoors overwinter protected from animals by chicken wire covers.

Thanks! I assumed I wouldn't get Major Wheeler offspring from the seeds, but I wasn't too worried. The spaces around my house are pretty confined, so it won't go too wild and take over. I'll probably pick and sow the seeds soon, and then take cuttings in the spring because I definitely have to cut the plant back - these grow fast.
