Nice Fukushu. Let us know how it taste. I bring spiders inside my greenhouses and home. The only 2 poisonous spiders we have are preferred pray for other spiders. I also let garter snakes live in my house.

Evidently I did, and these trees were absolutely drenched repeatedly before coming in and still sprayed at every watering. But I have resident spiders in the garden cute little tiny white ones that live in my grapevine. I hope that that egg sac is lacewing.....from what I saw looking it up on the internet, its not mites. Daily inspection...

When I see a spider in my house, I open the door and say "Go out!" and if he doesn't I kill him; but at least he had a shot. Outside I don't bother spiders; because they are preferred food for wasps; and I love wasps.

John You have spiders that can kill you in as little as 1 hour. We don't

that's true nothing exotic I haven't seen before or a black widow type of thing, although admittedly not in my apartment just the basement and just on the trees

When I see a spider I let themselves make themselves at home. In fact, spiders in my home are revered, treated sacred. Every home has them even if you can't see them. They kill my pantry moths and any other insects that I can not get to. Therefore, as long as they don't crawl into my ears at night, I am fine with them for now.lol I actually have one that has cocooned himself in my shower wall, and another on the window sill in the corner, and yet another on my orange tree. many in my greenhouse, too many to count.lol

Just the other day, I saw a hornet at the top corner of my grow room, and upon closer examination, it was caught into the web of my spider buddy preventing that thing from stinging me while I slept.

Very nice! That definitely looks like a lacewing egg. I try to keep my spiders around when I see them. There was a small spider on the floor of my kitchen one time and my cats were already wanting to pounce on it. I noticed early enough to bring it away from my cats’ view and to the wall to let it climb up and make its web whereever. However I still can’t tell if the silk strands I see in my citrus canopy are from spider mites or regular spiders

All quiet except for some straggler, intermittent, tiniest ants I've ever seen like one every 3 days...hand squashed

Just a little FYI: If that is an actual "egg sac" then it is not a lacewing. If it is an egg perched atop a tall stalk, then it is. (Lacewing eggs have to be placed such to prevent hatchlings from devouring their unhatched siblings.)

    Such as?

I am not sure what Steve is talking about; but we do have the Brown Recluse; and the Violin spider. We also have the Fer de Lance snake; it is called the 2 step; because if it bites you, you take 2 steps and you die.

Brazilian wandering spider. If it doesn't kill you it will out last viagra by 7 day and leave you wishing you were dead

Paul I see a thread attached to the egg sac holding it away from the leaf surface. Definitely good to way to understand and know predator egg laying habits & behavior though
