Planting after heavy rain not advisable?

Finally a day without rain. After heavy rain last night and drizzle for 3-4 days prior.


I would love to go plant all the bulbs I bought (tulips, daffodils, puschkinia, crocus, martagon lilies). But I am guessing I should wait til the soil dries out a bit. Though more rain due later in the week.


Anyone know? Should I just be patient?
