My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    A tiny house is usually anywhere from 90sq ft for the incredibly small (often just a studio space) to 450sq ft.
    When they sawwpswss Tiny House, they mean it - this isn't for people who have small homes and are complaining!

    I think its about 540 sq ft. If you google it. There is article on it that shows the layout and dimensions.
