My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Cor-Ten steel siding. It naturally rusts within the first year. If you use, make sure your facade has equal weather exposure

    When we did this project, there was no local source available for this. The material for this project came from Colorado.
