Flower Question

I have a plant blooming for the first time with backward curving petals.. It is a double and the inner layer of petals lay the way they should, but the outer layer petals all curve backward in an ugly way (at least in my mind).. Is there any hope that future flowers will look better than this?. If not, the plant will have to find a new home.

Marica, the plant is about one year old. One of my Mr. Ko seedlings.

MIndshift, yup I'm a tough and very discriminating grower.. I used to have a huge collection of orchids way back when, and quickly learned that only the best producing plants were worth my time and money. I love the flowers the most on my Adeniums (over the wacky caudex shapes & sizes) and I want ones with a good form, lasting color and will last a decent amount of time before pooping out.. If you put the flowers of this plant against all my other plants' blooms, these ones are "losers". Shape up or ship out, is my motto.
