My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It’s not a drop-in sink, it’s self-rimming/surface mounted sink (because the top is laminate). Any manufacturer on the market makes a single bowl sink, often a 25” x 22” (to fit into a 30” cabinet.) Hope that helps.
