Just curious if anyone knows which quartz our counters are?

The kitchen had been remodeled by a realtor when we purchased the house. No idea what brand. They listed it as quartz but after reading some articles posted on other threads by knowledgeable Houzzers it seems to have the properties of dolomite marble (etches and can absorb stains quickly from red wine, etc.).

We're not totally sure how to care for them but have been doing our best to keep them dry & not let any acids touch them. Do we need to seal them at some point & if so with what?
