My plumeria started to flower but then stalled and so,me of the buds dried and fell off. I think it is showing signs of going dormant already. I can put in in the house under lights. I would like to see it flower but wonder if it is a lost cause for this year and should probably go ahead and make it go dormant. ( live in zone 6a.)

Should induce dormancy or try to let it flower?
