Looks great! I usually roast a couple of pans of tomatoes with fresh herbs at once, then put into freezer bags for future use. I don’t can much anymore either.

Pressure canned for 20 minutes. This is the spaghetti sauce without meat recipe from the NCHFP.

I make spaghetti sauce out of farmers market tomatoes and freeze it. Just pulled a tub out this morning to defrost and use to make lasagna for dinner tonight. It's so nice to have foods made ahead of time when one doesn't have a lot of time to cook. We've been painting a fence the last few days and are tired of eating out. Neither of us feels like spending a lot of time preparing food after a long day of painting so that frozen sauce is very appreciated.

Looks great! I made and canned ours as the tomatoes ripened over the summer since my recipe is a very small batch. (4-5 Pts when finished).

Great job! But where did you find those neat orange bands?? Got to have some.

Red plastic from the Magic Button company, purchased some in the 1970s and I'm still using them. No rusting. Company no longer exists

Dave, I saw some bands similar to those in white recently...can't recall where. Maybe a Google search would locate some.

Rose, bet your sauce is delicious. There's nothing like homemade and home grown makes it even better.

I freeze mine in quart-sized ziplock bags also. I lay them flat on a cookie sheet to freeze, then stand them up in plastic shoe boxes. Easy to organize and grab a bag. I bought a ziploc bag stand from Amazon.....makes filling the bags much easier.

Beautiful sauce and I also like those plastic bands. I saw some recently too, but I don't think it was at a store, I think it was another post, maybe "What have you put up"....

I do have ONE. It's blue and it's old!

Kate, I don't think that's it, the one you linked says it's not safe for heat processing, so that's for storage purposes only. The ones Rose has were used in place of metal rings for canning.
